I believe that this project has perspective future because of several reasons. First, it is environmentally friendly project. It uses a vast amount of natural resources (reed), which are not used efficiently in that area and it is renewable raw material. Moreover there are activities that destroy the reed in order to avoid fires in summers and it is more profitable to our country to use it as a biofuel. Second important thing about this project is that it will decrease the number of unemployment in Atyrau or even in whole country. New factories like this need thousands of hands. Third, sooner or later the oil will run out and the development of this project will assist in replacing the petrol by biofuel in future. Consuming biofuel which is made from renewable raw material will reduce the emission of carbon dioxide and will purify the air and our environment. In my opinion, projects like this should be supported not only by government of Kazakhstan but also government of other countries.

Good afternoon! As the representative of the younger generation of the Republic of Kazakhstan I wanted to say that Kazakhstani youngsters now are very concerned with the topics of environment and ecology. Due to the fact that we are not alone living in this planet and we must not forget about the nature and myself I support this kind of green sources of energy. For instance, Germany have already shut down most of its nuclear energy plants in order to switch to the renewable green energy, as it is more cheap, more available and save source. I wanted to comment on earlier said arguments that there are many of this kind of projects. In my opinion it does not matter, for example, there are many producers of identical goods as well, but it does not mean that their qualities are similar. This project is very suitable for Atyrau region, as the reed is grown almost everywhere, so it is very available source. Therefore I believe in this project, it seems "worth-spending" and reliable. Some day oil will run out and now biofuel from available resources is the future of Humankind. So that this kind of projects must be supported. It is very interesting and necessary project for the development of Kazakhstan. I was very glad to read about it. I hope that you will succeed and new workplaces as well as new plant will be opened. In the future Kazakhstan will need the biofuel as much as Europe does. Good luck.
