On November 5, 2012 in Almaty the agreement between LP "Ak Kamys" (the director is Temirali A. T.) and LP "LIGHTHouse Kazakhstan" (the director is Zhumanov A.B.) about the development of working daft of building a plant in the Atyau oblast, Kurmangazy region on the plot "Golbin" was signed. Mr. Gerardo Barrigon Ferez , LP "LIGHTHouse Kazakhstan" was approved as the Chief maneger of the project. According to the agreement the the advanced payment was made.
